As a Realtor with Parc Avenue Realty, I bring a results-driven, business-minded approach to helping clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate across Northwest Georgia. My background as both a business owner and investor allows me to see every transaction through a strategic lens; whether it’s maximizing the value of a family home, analyzing the ROI on a commercial property, or guiding a business owner through a successful exit.
I specialize in residential and commercial sales, investment property analysis, and business sales and acquisitions. My goal is simple: to help my clients make confident, informed decisions that build long-term wealth. From preparing a home for market to structuring creative deal terms, I combine data-driven insight with hands-on experience in valuation, marketing, and negotiation.
Before real estate, I owned and operated multiple successful businesses: including a car wash and a development company, giving me first-hand experience in what it takes to grow, manage, and eventually sell a business. Today, I use that same entrepreneurial mindset to help homeowners, investors, and fellow entrepreneurs achieve their next chapter with clarity and confidence.
