Find a Lender

The first step in the home buying process is finding a lender you are comfortable with and someone you can trust. There are a wide variety of loan programs to fit your needs. A friendly, helpful loan officer will help you.  Be sure to shop lenders for the best rates depending upon each borrower’s unique situation.

Find a Realtor

A good Realtor will help guide you through the home buying process.  They help you find homes to view, show the home and negotiate the purchase. When choosing a Realtor, choose someone you feel you have a good rapport with and can trust as you will be depending on this person and spending a significant amount of time with them over the next few weeks.

Find a Realtor

A good Realtor will help guide you through the sale process.  They help you find qualified buyers and guide you through the sale and negotiations. When choosing a Realtor, choose someone you feel you have a good rapport with and can trust as you will be depending on this person and spending a significant amount of time with them over the next few weeks.

Negotiations

When you go to sell a house, you’re certainly hoping to get the best offer. To do that, you need to know when to start negotiating and when to stop. That begins with being familiar with the market, down to the neighborhood and maybe even the street. A good agent, with knowledge of the market and negotiation experience, can make the difference between a successful sale and a deal that falls apart.
